An unnamed eunuch of the palace who summons Lin Che to the Empress’s presence. He appears briefly in the narrative, performing his duty without personal distinction. His role is to facilitate the audience between Lin Che and the Empress. He represents the palace staff that serves the imperial court. Though unnamed, he is part of the environment and helps move the plot forward by guiding Lin Che to the throne hall.
