The landlord is the owner of the self-built house where Jiang Wu rents the third floor. He is a thin old man less than 1.7 meters tall. After the apocalypse begins, he becomes a zombie and wanders near the entrance. Jiang Wu kills him by pushing him down the stairs and stabbing him in the head. He carries a large bunch of keys, which Jiang Wu takes. His death is the first zombie kill for Jiang Wu, setting the tone for his survival.
