Li Daha is the foreman (Manager Li) at the construction site. He has a pitted face and is known for exploiting workers by deducting their wages for minor infractions. He is servile to superiors, especially Director Bai, but harsh to workers. He deducted Jiang Wu's wages many times, accumulating 10,000 yuan over three years. During the meeting, he tries to keep workers in line and scolds Jiang Wu for leaving. He is left behind when Jiang Wu departs. His fate in the apocalypse is unknown, but he likely becomes a zombie or dies.
