Li Li is a large, plump tabby cat, often called "Big Fat Raccoon Cat." He is the main protagonist of the story, a clever and resourceful feline who navigates the campus and surrounding neighborhoods. Despite his heavy build, he moves quickly and is adept at begging for food using various cute gestures like showing his belly or rubbing legs. He is well-fed by multiple groups of students, and the school takes care of him officially. After his owner (the Litter Shovel Officer) suffered a broken heart, Li Li stays loyal to him. He receives a system called the Comprehensive Network that grants him the superpower Greedy Giant Stomach, enabling him to eat enormous amounts of food to gain strength. He has good relationships with some cats but occasionally bullies others like the Pug. He uses his wits to avoid capture and to secure food, all while maintaining a laid-back but clever persona.
