Ling Xiaofeng is the village chief of Clear Wind Village and the father of Ling Yu. He is a Body Refinement cultivator at the Fusion Spirit Realm (late stage). He leads the villagers in selling mountain goods at Green Stone Town, explains the rules of the Tai Xu Sect, and encourages his son to enter the Secret Realm. He co-founded the village with the Zhang brothers.
