He is stern, principled, and highly skilled in magic. He investigates an illegal brothel in the Harbor District and uncovers that the women are transformed sheep. Despite his confidence, he is deeply unsettled by the mastery of the unknown mage behind the operation and admits his own limitations in tracking the culprit.
