Luo Chen is the master of Wuchen Peak and father of Luo Jueying. He is currently in closed-door cultivation, leaving his disciples to be taught by his son. He is known for being hands-off with his disciples; he only personally accepted his second disciple. He is the highest authority on Wuchen Peak.
