An elderly neighbor who comes to Wen Xin's door with her daughter-in-law and three grandchildren, begging for food after more than ten days of heavy rain. She becomes aggressive, trying to grab Wen Xin's hand through the iron gate, and then pretends to have a seizure or faint when refused, attempting to manipulate or guilt Wen Xin.
