A child about twelve or thirteen years old, tall but thin, with a long face and a slightly crooked mouth that he occasionally purses. He is cheerful and optimistic, often singing an adventure song. He accompanies Huzi to Luoshan Mountain and suffers a broken leg during a beast tide. He is loyal and carries Huzi back to the temple despite his own injuries.
