A teenage boy who wakes up in a broken temple after being hit on the back of the head. He is initially confused but gradually recalls his name and his companions. He has a wound on his head that begins to scab. He is witty and observant, and discovers a fragment of the Cosmic Wall in his mind. He takes on night watch duties and later travels to town to buy medicine for his injured friend.
