The First Goblin, also called the discoverer, is one of the goblins carrying the log to which Minato is tied. He is the first to speak after Minato wakes, exclaiming, "We got lucky, gob! To find a human sleeping in a place like this!" He also asks another goblin whether they will eat her, showing concern about the quality of the catch. He is part of the hunting party that brings Minato to the cave. Later, when Minato starts killing goblins, he likely flees with the others. His initial dialogue introduces the goblins' speech patterns and their casual attitude toward eating humans, setting up the threat level of the creatures in this new world.
