Zeng Kuan is the village head of Zhongmen Village. He is pragmatic and cooperates with Dongmen Village. He consults with Su Changxi and later asks Shen Yi to help his village dig a well. He works together for solutions to the drought and is respectful of Shen Yi's skills.
