Zhu Jiajia is the campus belle of Jingyang University, known for her irresistible charm. After scandalous photos of her with rich second-generation Yang Likai spread on the school forum, she becomes humiliated and attempts suicide by the lake. She is saved by Zhou Peiyu and later seduces him at a hotel. The next day she is diagnosed with a mutated, highly aggressive form of syphilis. Within hours she mutates into a cannibalistic zombie covered in abscesses and becomes the first source of the infection on campus.
