I laughed when she said “a little ugly a little freedom.” That’s going to be her mantra. It’s such a cope, but also kind of empowering. She’s embracing her flaws and using them as a shield. That’s a strong character choice. I can see her becoming more confident as she discovers her own value beyond looks.

The translation reads very smoothly. I can tell it's a modern web novel, but the English version keeps the energy and the snarky dialogue intact. There aren't any awkward 'old timey' phrases forced in, which makes it easy to read and laugh at.
