One of two students from the school's Animal Protection Club. She uses a loudspeaker to warn people not to feed Li Li because of his obesity. She helps post a notice with a photo and text about the fat cat's health. She is responsible and tries to enforce dietary control, though Li Li sees this as an obstacle to his feeding.
