The first homeless person Bai Mu encounters on Ster Street. He approaches Bai Mu with a group and brandishes a tetanus blade, but is punched in the face by Bai Mu and collapses. Later, when Bai Mu seeks information, this same homeless person is found again and, fearing more blows, reluctantly answers Bai Mu's questions about the city. He is weak, fearful, and embodies the bottom rung of the city's society.
