Blondie is a young man with dyed blond hair, no mask, and a scorpion tattoo on his neck. He carries a broken brickbat. He accuses officials of hoarding supplies and incites the crowd to loot, shouting "Let's grab it! If we don't, we'll starve to death anyway!" He attacks the young security guard, starting the riot. He embodies the aggressive and opportunistic elements that erupt when society breaks down.
