A female human-shaped figure similarly attached to a tube from the Flesh Mountain. As with the male counterpart, she is too far away to be examined closely, but her existence is noted. She is part of the network of humanoids that seem to be extensions of the Flesh Mountain, possibly similar to the Good Sister before her transformation.
