A male neighbor who is part of the group that discovers Qin Jin-Nian unconscious in the hallway after the Blood Moon. He is the one who says "I'll go take a look" and then asks "Young man, young man... Are you alright? Wake up, wake up..." He tries to rouse the protagonist. His exact identity is not known, but he represents one of the concerned residents on the 18th floor.
