The Flesh Mountain is a gigantic, disgusting mass of flesh visible in the distance from Qin Jin-Nian's balcony. It is scarlet in color, pulsating rhythmically like a heart, and has numerous rough black-red pig-intestine-like tubes extending from it. Each tube connects to a human-like figure. The Flesh Mountain is attacked by a group of humans using both melee and ranged weapons, resulting in a large explosion that partially destroys it. It is one of the main dark entities responsible for the monsters, including the Good Sister, and seems to generate and control them. It represents the central threat in the chapter.
