He wears a hood, has blue-stained skin and a blurry outline, and is accompanied by a large beast-like monster with several severed heads. He wields a fluorescent pink knife and slashes Goto's neck, nearly killing her. He offers Goto the choice to surrender to his "military gate" or die. He seems to possess supernatural abilities and commands monsters. He is the catalyst for Goto gaining her skills and represents the advanced threats to come.
