Tadokoro is a police officer who confronts Goto in the park at night. He is a middle-aged man in a navy blue uniform and is suspicious of Goto's actions with an axe. His head is suddenly attacked by a Gizmo monster, with spiky appendages piercing his skull, killing him almost instantly. His death is the first human casualty Goto witnesses from the monsters. He serves as a warning of the monsters' lethality and the reality of the situation.
