Huang Guichang is the Prefect of Xin Cheng (Bing Cao's Mansion). He is corrupt and greedy, having closed the city gates to refugees. He attempts to drug and ambush Yun Mo to seize the command token of the Dark Guards. He is wounded by Yun Mo in the struggle.
