The late husband of Lin Mu, father of Lin Pingshan and Lin Pingchuan. He died early, leaving Lin Mu to raise her two sons alone. In her prayers, Lin Mu calls him “old man” and asks him to use his influence from the spirit world to protect their grandson. He represents the family’s patriarchal lineage.
