Liu Bapi is the supervisor of Linjiang Underground Beast Arena. He is short, stout, and wears a Tang suit while fiddling with walnuts. He tries to cheat Lu Chen by offering a disguised soul‑enslavement contract. He owns a Gale Demon Wolf (Black Iron peak). He is cunning and greedy, but backs down when Lu Chen threatens to collapse the arena. He later plans to investigate Lu Chen.
