Scar Brother is a brutal debt collector from “Black Dragon Loan Sharks.” He has a scar across his face and leads subordinates to Lu Chen’s home, smashing furniture and stepping on a photo of Lu Chen’s parents. He threatens to take Lu Chen’s sister to an arena. He is later terrified by Coal Ball and begs for mercy, fleeing in panic.
