Qian Xue is An Min's stepmother, a calculating woman who schemed to get An Zhijie married to An Min's mother. She applies perfume and snow cream while discussing the plot with An Lu. She is cold and pragmatic, and she panics when the family's money disappears. She teaches An Lu to be patient and not show their hand. She is cunning, materialistic, and completely unsympathetic.
