Rotten Ghoul is a level 4 Calamity Monster originating from the sewers of Prison City. It was once a normal resident mutated by the Calamity. Its skin peels off, revealing purple muscle, and it has venomous fangs. It fears light and flame. It moves by crawling on ceilings and walls. It is highly aggressive and attacks by clawing and biting. Its arm can be refined into a talent.
