Also known as the Ghost Emperor. Three years ago, he wreaked havoc during the Hundred Ghosts Parade in Magic City. Zhang Buran single-handedly slew him but was cursed by the King of Ten Thousand Ghosts (possibly the same entity). The Ten-Eyed Demon Lord had ten eyeballs of different colors, which scattered after his defeat. Two of these eyeballs later grew into the One-Eyed and Six-Eyed Monsters. He is nearly immortal and his remnants pose a lingering threat.
