Young Security Guard

This young man is an unfamiliar replacement for the regular security guard. He holds a dripping baton and tries to enforce the rule requiring hospital proof for medicine. He brandishes his baton and shouts "rules are rules", but lacks authority. He is quickly knocked unconscious by Blondie during the riot. His brief attempt at order fails, symbolising the collapse of institutional control.
