Zhou Qiulan is the vice president of the orphanage where Su Luo lived. She is an unscrupulous and cruel woman who abuses the children after the director's death. She beats and scolds them, using them as punching bags, and withholds their food, clothing, and necessities. She forces the children to work every day without enough food, making their lives miserable. She is responsible for Su Luo's suffering in the orphanage. Huo Tingyan discovers her crimes and decides to sue her for child abuse, aiming to make her spend the rest of her life in prison. She is a supporting antagonist.
