Lin Hai transmigrates and becomes an artifact spirit of a System named “Emotion Collector,” but he lacks a body to act autonomously. His superior promises that if he works hard, he can earn a body and even reach the peak of life. The System’s job is to collect emotions by inducing strong desires from others. The previous holder, a devil, was fired for poor performance. Lin Hai decides to use a more efficient method: broadcasting short videos. He searches for an appropriate universe and chooses the Sea of Trees Universe (based on Mihoyo games) because he understands its lore. He initiates the System.A white light screen suddenly appears before the eyes of characters across multiple worlds. In the Honkai: Star Rail world, Sunday and Robin in Penacony, as well as the crew of the Astral Express (Stelle, March 7th, Dan Heng, Himeko, Welt, and Pom-Pom), all experience the phenomenon. In the Teyvat continent (Genshin Impact), Lumine and Paimon on a cliff, along with Zhongli in Liyue, Yae Miko in Inazuma, Nahida in Sumeru, and Furina in Fontaine, notice the screen. In the Honkai Impact 3rd world, Kiana, Mei, Bronya, Theresa, Himeko, and Fu Hua at St. Freya Academy, as well as others like Otto and Kevin, also see the screen. The screens are invisible to others and cannot be traced.Soon, a new function appears: a Chat Room. Characters begin to interact. They notice prefixes like “Honkai: Star Rail,” “Genshin Impact,” and “Honkai Impact 3rd” before their names, indicating affiliation. Qingque speculates it might be a department-like identifier. Jean explains that “Genshin Impact” refers to Vision holders. The term “Aeon” is mentioned, leading to discussions about the nature of the screen. A misunderstanding arises when Kiana accuses Welt of being a villain due to his past as leader of Anti-Entropy, but Welt clarifies that he was framed by Cocolia. After the misunderstanding is resolved, March 7th and Kiana become friends. The group realizes they might be from different parallel worlds. Fu Hua asks Welt how his world defeated the Honkai, but Welt finds that information cannot be sent out. The system blocks spoilers. Lin Hai, observing from behind, is satisfied because emotional collection requires real-time reactions, not future knowledge. Finally, a subtitle appears: “Now Playing: Honkai: Star Rail – All or Nothing · Part One.” The first video is about to start. The story follows Lin Hai’s use of the Emotion Collector System to broadcast videos across parallel worlds, triggering reactions and emotions that allow him to progress. The initial phase sets up the mysterious light screens, the multispecies community within the Chat Room, and the beginning of the first viewing session, which will drive further interactions and emotional gains.
