Bore is the president of the Ha Rui Trading Company and Haila's father. He arranged his daughter's marriage to Hydra II to expand his influence in the Northland. After Hydra II's death, Bore saw an opportunity to take over the Hydra territory and title. He used Cord and the caravan to pressure Owen, but his plan fails due to Owen's military preparedness. Bore represents merchant interests and ambition.
