Gao Siyue is Song Hemao's wife and one of Li Cuicui's daughters-in-law. She is petty and greedy, concerned with getting a share of the seafood the children found. She and Huang Xiaoli act as enforcers for Li Cuicui, though they hesitate to physically harm Sheng Shuwan due to her pregnancy. She is present during the tidal fishing and later reports the children's success to the family, prompting the elders to go demand the catch. She is content to benefit from the first branch's labor without contributing anything herself.
