He is the one who states that Du Yu himself is the medicine needed to fix the legend. He recommends that Du Yu choose the soul of Zhuge Liang for strategic assistance. He has a philosophical manner and speaks of causes and effects. He seems to know more than he reveals, and his dementia-like behavior may be a facade. He also greets the visiting underworld judges with familiarity. He is central to the mission assignment and the overall direction of the bureau.
