A skilled hunter from Shishan Village and an antagonist. His family has a grudge against Wang Xuan’s family. He works for Zhou Laifu and was responsible for driving a bear to attack Wang Xuan, almost killing him. Shi Yong also practices martial arts (the Broken Mountain Sword Technique) taught in secret by his younger brother Shi Qian, who is in a martial arts school. He comes to Wang Xuan’s house pretending to collect the debt but really to cause trouble. When Wang Xuan survives and begins hunting, Shi Yong decides to kill him. Wang Xuan lures him into the forest, where he wounds Shi Yong with a trap and then shoots him with a three‑arrow cluster technique, forcing Shi Yong to beg for mercy and offer information about the conspiracy.
